For me, the Tampa Bay area has been home for three decades. Joining Project LINK was a moment of pure joy. Starting as a board member and then being entrusted with leading the agency has been an immensely gratifying journey. It's a journey fueled by my passion for engaging with others and fostering innovation.

Initially, I'll admit, I felt a twinge of nervousness about the immense task at hand. But drawing from my background in human services, coupled with confidence and entrepreneurial spirit, has propelled me forward. Being an entrepreneur instilled in me a work ethic deeply rooted in community enrichment rather than personal gain.

Collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds has taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, ambition, and taking calculated risks for the greater good. Every day, I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to our community and lay my head down each night with a sense of peace, joy, and fulfillment.

I urge you to embrace the spirit of greatness, to dare greatly, and to confront obstacles armed with a solid plan. Take notice of those around you and seize every opportunity to make their lives a little brighter.
